Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and IT equipment.
  • Monitor IT systems' performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions for optimal reliability.
  • Manage software licenses, updates, and patches to ensure compliance and security.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
  • Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, installations, and migrations within set deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
  • Assist in developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices for data security and compliance.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and recommend enhancements for technology improvements.

  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Additional Details

  • Position based in Malvern, PA with a hybrid work schedule.
  • Minimal travel required for company-related events.
  • Yearly salary range: $55,000 - $65,000.
