Job Title: Permanency Clinician
We are looking for a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team at Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS). In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy to at-risk and adjudicated youth in Vermont. Your responsibilities will include clinical oversight, treatment planning, case management, and community integration to support clients and their families. The position involves travel within Vermont with evening shift flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical oversight for permanency and family-focused treatment.
- Provide individual and family therapy services.
- Establish treatment goals and recommendations.
- Support Permanency Coordinator activities.
- Offer clinical support to help clients overcome obstacles and develop support networks.
- Assist in developing effective parenting skills and positive communication strategies.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in human services.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Background and licensing checks required.
