Join a team that's dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking Pediatric RNs with Vent Experience to cater to the needs of infant pediatric home health patients in the Las Vegas area. Day and night shifts are available for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in patient-specific assessments and care plans
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with the patient's care team
- Participate in education programs related to patient population
- Mentor and educate colleagues
- Record and report changes in patients' condition
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends
- Update medical condition to physicians and clinical directors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have Ventilator Experience
- Current RN licensure in Nevada
- At least 1-year RN experience in the last 3 years
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB/PPD within the last 12 months
