Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a key member of our home care team in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area, you will provide essential care for pediatric patients ranging from infants to 18 years old. This rewarding role involves building strong relationships with children while ensuring the highest quality of care. **SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE**
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and updating patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on their condition and care requirements.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other medical professionals.
- Participate in NurseCore's education programs related to pediatric care.
- Mentor and educate colleagues for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Effectively communicate with patients' families, providing guidance, support, and instructions.
- Update physicians and Clinical Directors on patient's medical status.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience under supervision or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB test.
- Successful completion of skills assessment in relevant areas.
