Pediatric RN for Homecare

Join a passionate team dedicated to patient care! NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area to provide exceptional home health care for pediatric patients aged from infant to 18 years old. This role involves building relationships with children and ensuring the highest quality of care. Sign-on bonus available!

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and revising patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with patients' care teams, including physicians and medical providers.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate updates on medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-Ray.
• Skills assessment specific to experience areas.
