Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner to join OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC, part of OnPoint Medical Group. Our physician-led network is dedicated to providing quality healthcare in a cost-effective manner, ensuring the wellness of our members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and fulfill administrative duties as directed by the Medical Director.
• Practice sound medical judgment and adhere to ethical standards.
• Mentor staff technicians to ensure performance improvement.
• Monitor and meet clinical obligations of the health center.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Colorado State licensure.
• Board Certification for specialty and EMR experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and Basic Life Support certification required.

Salary

$95,000 - $120,000 annually, with factors determining actual salary based on skills and experience.
