Title: MST Therapist

Salary: $50,343 - $68,224 per year
The MST Therapist at PermiaCare is responsible for providing evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth with intensive needs and their families. This short-term (three to five months), intensive, and community-based clinical intervention aims at promoting pro-social behavior and interrupting involvement with the juvenile justice system. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct MST assessments and engage key participants in treatment.
- Implement treatment plans and maintain documentation of treatment efforts.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Professional licensure preferred.
