Job Description

We are hiring a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team in Johnson County, KS. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $30/hr or higher based on experience, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus*. As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will support and maintain a fleet of 93 vehicles, ensuring they are safe and operational for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles to guarantee safety.
• Diagnose and repair various vehicle components such as brakes, engine tune-ups, and transmissions.
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus - training provided.
• 3+ years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have a mechanic's tool set.
