Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist to join Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues effectively. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining risk and issue management processes to ensure a bright financial future for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the life-cycle and resolution of assigned Problems.
- Coordinate actions to fix issues and implement preventative measures.
- Monitor service level agreements and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain problem inventory and documentation in ServiceNow.
- Propose process improvements and mentor support specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in relevant field or 4+ years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 1+ years of risk or people management experience.

Compensation
Base pay ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with additional incentives based on eligibility and experience.
