Join our team at Riggs Store as a Full-Time Janitor. As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order at our facility. Your responsibilities will include cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, and stocking supplies as needed. Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona offers a supportive work environment where you can make a difference.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Notify leader of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Safeguard company property by reporting incidents.
• Assist in building maintenance and repairs.
• Stock and set up facilities for daily operations.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Maintain floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year experience in janitorial services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR if needed.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficient in English.
