Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests at a local hotel. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Starting Pay

$18 to $19 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Flexibility required, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
• Schedule shifts, handle replacements, and enforce cleanliness standards.
• Motivate team, address issues, and respond to customer needs.
• Manage cleaning products stock and ensure safety and sanitation compliance.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong organizational and team management abilities.
• Physical stamina and flexibility to work various shifts.
• High school diploma preferred.
