We are looking for an Endodontist to join our unique specialty practice that combines Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery under one roof. As the first of its kind in Iowa, this practice focuses on collaborative patient care and comprehensive treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional endodontic care with a focus on patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of clinicians and administrators.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referring providers.
• Work towards practice autonomy in providing specialized care.

Requirements

• Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited program.
• Dental Degree (DMD or DDS) from an ADA-recognized program.

Compensation and Benefits

• $10,000/month base rate or 40% of collections for the first 6 months.
• $20,000 signing bonus and relocation package up to $10k.
• Path to Partnership at 24 months, medical, dental benefits, and guaranteed mentorship.

Technology

• Utilize 2023 Carestream 9600 CBCT and Zeiss microscopes.
• Offer IV sedation with a certified nurse anesthetist.
• Access to state-of-the-art dental technology.
