Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at Greenfield Store (University & Greenfield). As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA), and ensuring a positive brand experience. Your responsibilities will include receiving donations, assisting customers, maintaining merchandise organization, and upholding safety standards.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Accept all donations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Correctly label items and offer receipts to donors.
- Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise.
- Maintain merchandise organization and follow safety protocols.
- Participate in floor care duties and cross-training as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Proficiency in English.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
