Donation Attendant - FT

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Donation Attendant to join our team at the McDowell Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive brand experience for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Categorize and place donations in appropriate locations.
• Label Gaylords correctly and offer receipts to all donors.
• Assist customers with furniture and large item loading and unloading.
• Maintain organization in the production room and follow safety standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Perform floor care duties and cross-train in various store positions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Pass background check and drug screen if applicable.
