Job Description

We are currently looking for a Direct Support Professional - Relief to join our team at LEAP in Turner, ME. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the chance to work across multiple teams and locations, providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist supported individuals in various activities to enhance their independence.
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and community engagement.
• Complete paperwork, attend meetings, and participate in training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as an Ed Tech, CAN, BHP, or PSS is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and reliability.
