Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our diverse fleet of freight-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of diesel-powered equipment.
- Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service schedules and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to pass background check, alcohol, and drug tests.
- Preferred experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, ASE Certification.
Salary
$28.80-$35.80 per hour.
