Job Description
Greenfield Store at University & Greenfield is seeking a part-time Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting sales, and upholding brand standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Sale responsibilities and process all forms of payments.
- Ask customers for cash donations at the Point of Sale.
- Establish prices of goods and maintain sales floor standards.
- Greet and assist customers, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety procedures.
- Model Goodwill Core Values including Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Pass background check and drug screen as needed.
