Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Greenfield Store located at 4422 E University Dr Mesa, Arizona. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards in alignment with the mission of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Sale (POS) tasks and handle various forms of payments.
- Solicit cash donations from customers during transactions.
- Price items accurately and maintain sales floor organization.
- Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers.
- Model Goodwill Core Values - Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Pass background check and drug screening as required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
