Behavioral Health Nurse 2 (RN) - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Nurse 2 (RN) to join our team at Marion County. In this role, you will be providing direct nursing care to adults diagnosed with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your responsibilities will include completing nursing assessments, administering injections, coordinating care and medications, and overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, injections, and emotional support.
• Coordinate care and medications for individuals in service.
• Oversee Behavioral Health Nurses 1 and assign daily duties to staff.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing and four years of behavioral health nursing experience.
• Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in Oregon.
• Must possess a current driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Comprehensive knowledge of community behavioral health nursing practices.
