Associate Director, HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the HR Delivery Partner, you will play a key role in resolving complex employee relations situations and implementing people programs for our US Commercial function. This position reports directly to the Global Head of HR Delivery and involves collaborating with various HR teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for employee relations and people programs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to support functional priorities.
• Lead talent development and retention initiatives.
• Manage core people processes and global projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US Employment Law and global HR practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.

Education and Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline.
• HR professional certification preferred.
• Experience in a global HR function and R&D is a plus.
