Job Description
We are currently looking for an Architectural Designer to join our innovative team at Denton House Design Studio, LLC. As part of the Areté Collective/Denton House group, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional architectural designs for high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. Your responsibilities will include producing visionary and conceptual designs, coordinating design efforts, generating contract documents, and overseeing construction administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned team of professionals dedicated to transforming human experiences through design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers in a studio environment.
- Lead the design and technical development of projects.
- Generate contract drawings, specifications, and construction administration efforts.
- Assist in completing full sets of contract documents and coordination with consultants.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure project schedules and design fees are established.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
- Proficiency in REVIT and other design software.
- Advanced understanding of architectural design, codes, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and development teams.
