Job Description
Join Silver Diner Development, LLC as a Server and be the key Associate in delivering our hospitality to guests. As a Server, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle food & beverage orders, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests promptly, taking accurate orders, and delivering orders correctly.
- Suggestively sell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ring in orders promptly, handle payments, and maintain knowledge of menu items.
- Maintain a clean work station and complete assigned side work.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service.
Brand Delivery
- Arrive on time for shifts with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to uniform standards.
- Follow SMG scoring standards for service speed and order accuracy.
Cost Balancing
- Accurately account for sales and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure proper portioning of all self-service items.
Performance Measures
- Achieve positive sales growth and high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Develop strong relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of serving experience preferred.
- Exceptional guest service skills and ability to multitask.
- Outgoing, energetic, and organized with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements.
Physical Requirements
This role involves working with various kitchen equipment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 35 pounds. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
