Job Description

The Server position at Silver Diner Development, LLC offers a unique opportunity to be the key associate in delivering exceptional hospitality and generating sales while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, handling food and beverage orders accurately, and upholding the Silver Diner brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service by promptly greeting guests, taking accurate orders, suggesting menu items, and delivering orders correctly.
• Ring in orders promptly, manage payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow brand delivery guidelines, adhere to uniform standards, and uphold the Silver Diner hospitality ethos.
• Contribute to positive guest experiences, maintain SMG scoring standards, and demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Balance costs through proper sales accounting, cash handling, and portion control.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Server or Bartender experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service aptitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Physical stamina and the ability to meet all schedule requirements.
