Job Description
Silver Diner Development LLC is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team and be the face of our brand to our guests. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages to company standards, generate sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to every guest, greeting within 30 seconds.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Ring orders into POS system, handle payments, and maintain an attractive bar display.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
- State alcohol compliance certification.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet scheduling requirements.
