Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our innovative team at Denton House Design Studio, LLC. As part of the Areté Collective/Denton House, you will play a crucial role in creating inspiring architectural designs for high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. If you are passionate about design and ready to contribute to transformative projects, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Produce visioning and conceptual architectural designs.
- Coordinate internal team efforts and communicate with consultants.
- Generate contract drawings and specifications.
- Lead construction administration efforts and oversee project progress.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's preferred).
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of codes and permitting processes.
