Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position is responsible for the precise application of crop nutrients and crop protection products, alongside the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in blending and custom-applying fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, adhering to safety regulations and organizational guidelines, and contributing to the upkeep of facility and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and custom-apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and application records as required.
• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles, performing necessary mechanic work.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound inventory efficiently.
• Promote business with existing and potential customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Assist in training seasonal employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid driver's license; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
