Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for applying crop nutrients and protection products, while maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure high-quality service delivery. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and have a mechanical inclination, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals according to recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to guarantee optimal performance and appearance.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Promote business growth through excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
