Are you an experienced Home Health nurse seeking a rewarding career opportunity in the Newark, DE area? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full Time RN to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge, ensuring continuity of care.
- Be IV proficient or willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred.
