Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As a Full-Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include giving prescribed treatments, developing care plans, and preparing patients for discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Must have a current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
