Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse looking to provide specialized care to patients in the comfort of their homes? ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team. In this role, you will deliver expert care, coordinate with healthcare providers, and build positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
- Must attend orientation sessions at our Camden office.
