Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle various store equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
