Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time.
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as outlined in the M.A.P. framework.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
