Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform assigned duties effectively
Physical Demands
Stock merchandise, move products weighing up to 45 pounds, stand, sit, bend, reach, lift, and walk in the store environment.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must be 18 years or older and possess strong customer service skills. Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and follow company policies. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential.
Education and Experience
