Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently and within a team
