Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring our store is clean and organized at all times. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
