We are currently seeking a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges related to healthcare, aging, and end-of-life care.

Summary

As a Social Worker PRN, you will be responsible for assisting patients with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical diagnoses, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
