Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills proficiency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
