JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room includes day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and established standards. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and maintaining clinical competency are essential in this role. Join us in providing a safe and caring environment for our patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing care based on individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient care.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
