We are excited to announce an opportunity for a NURSING GRADUATE position at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center involves day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and delivering high-quality care. The job requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical competencies, and creating a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in alignment with standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and ensure a safe care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
