Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, including day and night shifts with varying hours. The role of a Staff Nurse involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with state regulations, standards of practice, and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery, and maintaining clinical competency. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN licensure, have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in emergency services or 3-5 years in acute care, possess required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat, and complete orientation as per policies.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and amenities geared towards emergency care. With 29 private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner, the department ensures efficient and personalized patient care.
