SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
