Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, specifically at Levindale Hospital. This position offers flexibility as it is PRN - As Needed during daytime hours. As a SOCIAL WORKER PRN, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical issues acceptance, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
