SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling for death and dying, and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
