SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of issues from adjustment to medical diagnoses to counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying as well as discharge planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Working knowledge of theory and practice within the field of social work.
