We are looking for a passionate Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments on common issues.
• Address concerns related to medical diagnoses, aging, discharge planning, and more.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and have 1-3 years of experience.
• Possess licensure such as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
• Demonstrate working knowledge in the specialized field.
