SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is on an as-needed basis at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address a range of issues including adjustment difficulties and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
