Job Description

LifeBridge Health is looking for a PRN Social Worker to join Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients/residents and families facing various challenges.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial assessments to address a range of common issues.
• Provide counseling on adjustment, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• Licensed Social Worker (LBSW, LMSW, LGPC).
