Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, which is PRN (as needed) at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Responsibilities include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
