Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The role involves addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients.
• Assist in discharge planning and support patients with end-of-life issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Social Worker (LBSW, LMSW, LGPC).
