Job Description

We are looking for motivated Nurse Residents or Nurse Graduates to join our Telemetry unit at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program and benefit from individualized orientations and internships across various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and clinical coaches.
• Attend classes, present cases, and develop clinical skills to enhance professional growth.
• Receive support for achieving work-life balance and managing the challenges of a new role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
